Striped Mug with one finger handle
This one-of-a-kind mug was handmade from a beautiful red earthenware clay. The clay was thoughtfully pinched into form, creating subtle details and clues about how the mug was made. The presence of the maker's hand and the creative process is celebrated.
The exterior is decorated with hand painted stripes of terra sigillata, creating a smooth skin-like sheen. The interior is glazed with a food safe clear satin glaze.
